Courtney has been married for 23 years to her husband, Tyler, a Chattanooga firefighter, and together they’re raising three sons: Bryson, Khyber, and Crosby.
TOM HAMMOND
BOARD MEMBER
Tom Hammond is a longtime outdoor-industry professional and business strategist based in Chattanooga, Tennessee. He entered the outdoor world 27 years ago working retail at High Country Outfitters in Atlanta, where the relationships he built opened the door to independent repping and, eventually, to starting his own agency, Adventure Marketing Group. Tom’s connection to the Lookout Wild Film Festival (LWFF) began at outdoor-industry trade shows, where he encountered LWFF through pop-up events while attending with the family of outdoor brands he represents. When he’s not on the road visiting retailers or trade shows, Tom can be found mountain biking, bikepacking, rock climbing, paddling, backpacking, hiking, fly fishing, traveling, or simply spending time outside with his family.
