LWFF is proud to host hardworking outdoor and conservation non-profits through our Advocacy Expo, connecting you with hundreds of outdoor enthusiasts inspired to take action by the films they see.
New for 2025:
This year’s Advocacy Expo will take place alongside the first-ever LWFF/GHO Adventure Marketing Expo, featuring major outdoor brands showcasing their products and services. Don’t miss this incredible opportunity to share your mission in a high-energy environment surrounded by passionate outdoor enthusiasts and industry leaders!
Event Details:
Dates: Saturday, January 18, and Sunday, January 19, 2025
Times:
- Morning Matinees: Have your booth ready by 11:30 a.m.
- Evening Sessions: Have your booth ready by 6:30 p.m.
Prime Interaction Times: From 12–1 p.m. and 6–7 p.m. before films, and during intermissions.
Wrap-Up: Booths must be cleared after each session unless you’re staying for both.
Additional Information:
- Each group receives two lanyards for theater access. Swap them between shifts if needed.
- Lanyards can be held at the VIP desk between sessions. Without lanyards, reps must purchase tickets.
- Your logo will be featured on-screen during intermissions throughout the weekend.
Important Notes:
- Spaces are limited and allocated first come, first served. A waiting list will be maintained once spots fill.
- LWFF reserves the right to decline applicants that are not non-profits or don’t align with our mission and values.
